A public holiday is enough of a treat for most of us, but it looks like we’ll have another reason to celebrate this week. On September 1, Fendi’s capsule collection with BIGBANG’s Tae Yang will finally be arriving on our shores, daisies and all.
Launching exclusively at Fendi’s boutique at Marina Bay Sands, the Fendi for Young Bae Capsule Collection features jackets, shoes and accessories specially designed by the Korean superstar. Catch them in motion in the video below, which stars Tae Yang himself modelling the versatile streetwear pieces.
For Tae Yang, teaming up with Silvia Fendi is the last thing he thought he’d find himself doing. Regarding the whole experience, he says, “Something like this never crossed my mind, but I’m really glad I can work on this project together with Fendi and share this capsule collection, so I think it’s a blessing.”
Tae Yang’s collaboration with the Italian fashion house doesn’t end there, though. The singer also made a backstage appearance at Fendi’s Men’s Fall/Winter 2017 show earlier this year. Go behind the scenes of Fendi’s first collaboration with an Asian artist in the video below.
Fendi for Young Bae Capsule Collection will be available from September 1 at Fendi at Marina Bay Sands (2 Bayfront Avenue, #B1-22 to 25 The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands).
