#ManCrushMonday — Xiao Zhan is The Type of Tod’s Man

#ManCrushMonday — Xiao Zhan Is the Type of Tod's Man
Xiao Zhan is wearing a pair of Tod’s classic loafers and as for the bag, it’s called the T Timeless Belt Bag. If you squint hard enough, you’d catch the delicate stitching.

Technically speaking, the idea of the Tod’s man himself has not changed since the brand’s inception in 1920 which is to say that it could be anyone of us. We could be office drones clacking away on excel spreadsheets but it’s hard to reject the kind of glamour you get when slipping on a pair of the brand’s Gommino loafers. We could even be menswear peacocks who flitter around the streets while preening and eating gelato. In this case, the Gommino loafers on our feet come in a brighter shade of Italian-made happiness.

While the brand has recently shifted its gaze towards a new set of menswear clients — the variety who wants urban simplicity — the announcement of Chinese actor and singer Xiao Zhan as its ambassador has proven that this concept of sprezzatura is as relevant as it is in Italy as it is in China.

The big Tod’s theory: anything looks spiffier with a classic suede shirt jacket. Xiao Zhan likes wearing his Tod’s version with a pair of Tod’s Tabs sneakers and a T Logo Sling Bag.
