This is a Flight of 12 New Cocktails at Cin Cin
For anybody who claims to hate gin, feel free to click the “x” button on this page. Ok, we’re joking. You might just have had a really terrible drink, something saccharine and sweet used in your cocktail. But at Cin Cin, the chances of you finding a gin you dislike is rarer than winning a Grab lucky draw. There are 200 over bottles which is to say, you can spend 3/4 of the year trying every one and that’s one gleeful evening per night.

Head bartender Fadly Subjeto however, has distilled 12 new cocktails from said 200 bottles — a tight edit of cocktails that are as creative as they are versatile, different as they are easily palatable and of course, the delight is in the discovery. Take the Majulah Singapore pictured above for example: Subjeto has spun his twist on the don’t-only-tourists-enjoy-’tis drink, a Brass Lion gin base adding a balanced smoothness to the bitterness of angostura bitterness.

Or the Let’s Par-Tea pictured above: it sounds cute but one of the new cocktails at Cin Cin by Subjeto gets a serious touch. Warm Straits Chai Tea infused into dry Kyrō Gin, with the sweetness of house-made honey cinnamon syrup. Fresh lime juice keeps it refreshing, you’re going to want to have more than two.

And if you’re somehow still not impressed by the 12 new cocktails at Cin Cin, they have a gin buffet titled Gin Treasury: 50 different ones and nine different tonics for you to drink on Saturdays. For three hours. Till you might quite literally drop. Good luck, we heard it fills up fast.
