This season, Moncler’s approach to fashion has left us wanting more — starting with their recent fashion campaign ‘Moonray’, a film with an intergalactic setting, featuring the French-Italian brand’s iconic puffer jackets coated in a metallic silver sheen. Its Fall/Winter 2017 range, the Mr Moncler F/W 17/18 collection, sees a stylistic upgrade given to its iconic Nylon laqué boudin down jacket.
Padded jackets and vests are teamed with baggy trousers and layered over flannel shirts and tactile sweaters, and rendered in vibrant sky-blue, cherry-red and emerald green colourways.
The new and improved, slightly oversized silhouettes are remodeled versions of pieces from Moncler’s design archive. The nylon jackets are also made using an arduous rolling process to result in a breathable, waterproof outer layer for quilted jackets.
