Those well-acquainted with the motorsports scene will be aware of Puma’s presence in the said industry, fitting professional drivers with the F1 Race Cat boot in collaboration with Sparco. The original Speed Cat Sparco was launched back in 2000, a commercialized version of the race-specific boots exclusive to race drivers.
Puma has gone full throttle ahead with the re-introduction of this iconic shoe for 2015. Issued in four colourways, this shoe retains most of its classic features such as the PUMA Form Stripe along both sides of the shoe in a contrasting colour, and a golden PUMA logo emblazoned on the outer side of the shoe. The motor-centric identity of the shoe is marked by the SPARCO embroidered badge across the tongue, highly reminiscent of its predecessor. Finished in a suede material, PUMA’s latest reboot is befitting for any occasions.
The 2015 Speed Cat Sparco is available now at PUMA stores, Limited EDT and Leftfoot at the retail price of SGD149.
