1. His Girls: My daughters Laura (7 years old) and Hillary (3 years old) are my motivation and inspiration. I am so blessed to be their father, their positivity gives me strength and inspires me to do better.

2. The OSIM Brown uLove 2 Massage Chair: My OSIM Brown uLove 2 Massage Chair is my favourite workstation. It helps me to relax while I work efficiently and helps me wind down after a long day.

3. Whales: Here is a photo of me swimming with whales in Tonga 3 years ago. I love whales because they are gentle giants in the deep blue sea. These warm-blooded mammals are also rather mysterious.

4. Freediving: Freediving is one of my favourite hobbies. There is a sense of calmness when you are in the water and the freedom of buoyancy really makes you feel a sense of abandonment from all your responsibilities.

5. Sailboat: My favourite sailboat is the Catamaran, a multi-hulled watercraft invented by Austronesian people. I plan to travel around the world on this sailboat one day.

6. Minimalism: Like Marie Kondo, I strongly believe in adopting a minimalist lifestyle. As the saying goes, “It is not about having less. It’s about making room for more of what matters.” This Happy Fish Swim School shirt is the only shirt I have worn in various colours for the past seven years.

As the founder of Happy Fish Swim School, being a minimalist helps to save time and money.

7. Skydiving: This photo was taken from my skydiving trip back in Thailand in 2012. I had to overcome my fear of heights and my anxiety of the free falling sensation. In doing so, I realised I love the ability to roam the open sky while skydiving.
