Firangi Superstar Launches Champagne Superstar, a Modern Indian Brunch
From 27th August onwards, Firangi Superstar is launching Champagne Superstar, a two-and-a-half-hour (12-3 pm) modern Indian brunch that goes from Marvelous to Massmajestica.

The last we spoke about Firangi Superstar last year, we spoke about the act of restaurateuring: an act that involves everything from really listening to its customers (the food is always as consistent as it is delicious), making sure the venue looks the same as when it first launched, and of course, answers to the KPIs of its marketing department.

Enter Champagne Superstar, a modern Indian brunch that relieves the boredom of bottomless brunches: a maverick mealtime open to possibilities like three kinds of champagne, a pre-main course “art show”, and what most other restaurants seem to forget now. The glamorous act of eating.

Pictured above: Champagne Superstar opens up with a wooden box that also, opens up with bite-sized morsels like Caviar Puri or Masala Donuts.

While the brunch spans everything from entrees to desserts, booze hounds will be happy to note that the free-flow alcohol includes Moet & Chandon Brut or Rose, or Veuve Clicquot La Grand Dame. The brunch is split between three tiers too: Marvelous at $88++ for just the grub, Magnificent at $158++ for the grub & drinks (Moet & Chandon Brut or Rose, or brunch cocktails, house wines & beers, soft drinks and house-made chai tea), and Massmajestica at $328 which swaps out the Moet & Chandon for Veuve Clicquot La Grand Dame instead.
