Technically speaking, and based on the fashion calendar (you know, the almanack that has been dictating our line of work and what pops up on the shop floors), we’re in the fall season, folks. But it’s also our imperative to let you know that fall candles always smell a bit odd — what Gingy from Shrek might smell like if he’s melted down, the holy grail drink of the basics (it starts with a P, has an S in the middle and an L for its last world), or things that don’t work in our weather.
So here, the best summer candles that’ll magically work in every room you place them in. Light, tropical-apropos and strangely, pieces of art when you’re done with the last micro-inch of its wick.

Translated to Burst of Joy, the Valeur Absolue Parfums Joie-Eclat candle is a summer aperitif in a beautiful glass container: crisp citrus, sweet jasmine, and spicy cardamom.
