The cocktails at MO BAR are created using Roku Gin, owing to its fresh and crisp flavour.
Roku means six in Japanese which coincidentally, is also the number of its ingredients: sakura leaves and its flowers, sencha and gyokuro teas, sansho pepper and yuzu. With this number, the gin brand has now come under the hands of nine bartenders with one simple brief: create a beautiful tipple dedicated to the coming of spring.
Available till end May, all one has to do is to make a visit to the bars featured above and ask for them. The pleasure in each of the Roku Gin spring cocktails in the presentation and of course, the taste.
