Loro Piana encapsulates the beauty of being on a never-ending voyage through their latest collection, titled Nomadic Reverie. “Experienced through the windows of crossing landscapes, the collection follows this wander, as impressions gather slowly, shaped by time and distance,” the show notes write. 

While one might be able to emulate a caricature of what looks like “quiet luxury” to them in brief, cursory strokes — through unimaginative silhouettes and colours — Loro Piana’s approach to their craft does not make grounds for similar playing fields. With weather-conscious fabrics seen in natural-occurring hues, FW26 offers an immaculate skinfeel that makes styling pieces together a breeze.

An emblematic motif of FW26 is the paisley motif that has a history of more than 2,000 years. Having made its way to Europe in the 18th century and eventually inspiring the maison’s motifs in the late 60s. Now a recurring feature of its printed shawls, the paisley is highlighted in this collection for its vivid ties to travel and impeccable craftsmanship.
