The Fendi Fall Winter 2021 menswear collection meanders colour theories with the simple application of brushed primary tones — presenting a way of life that is exuberant and soulful, much like the dusty allure of saffron and cumin.
Pictured above: Clutched in Srri Ram’s hands is the Baguette medium nylon messenger bag that’s the most wanted accessory from the Fendi Fall Winter 2021 collection, a huggable piece rendered in the House’s iconic yellow. Srri is also wearing a nylon and down feather puffer coat, wool sweater, jeans, and leather lace-up shoes.
The Baguette from the Fendi Fall Winter 2021 collection also comes in a twee trunk version in leather with veins that zip across horizontally and hardware that encases it handsomely. And like the image above, Srri is wearing a silk twill quilted reversible jacket and silk shirt that is as soft as it as brightly hued.
The Peekaboo from the Fendi Fall Winter 2021 collection comes with graffiti-like scribbles on its durable pebbled leather body this season, an homage to the grit and glamour of Milan’s streets. Srri also achieves the art of impeccable tailoring with a wool jacket, silk twill shirt and wool pants that cuts a close figure to his body.
The pieces de resistance of the Fendi Fall Winter 2021 collection: Srri strikes a confidence pose in the season’s happiest hues, Fendi’s own iconic House yellow. This shade — telegraphing joyfulness and positivity — makes a splash on a leather crossbody bag and a silk-twill set consisting of a shirt and a pair of shorts. Cinched at the waist with a black FF buckle leather belt and strapped on with leather boots, the colour combination is quite pleasing to the eyes. The nylon stockings however, belong to our stylist.
