The Kings of Fragrances That Is the Burberry Hero Eau de Parfum

The Kings of Fragrances That Is the Burberry Hero Eau de Parfum
Burberry Hero Eau de Parfum, a flanker to an icon has now joined the pantheon of olfactory titans.

In 2021, Burberry launched its first fragrance concocted by Aurélien Guichard, and under the creative hands of Ricardo Tisci — an olfactory“concept” of what masculinity smelt like within its time. It stirred desire with such a name that at once inspired strength (power, freedom, and resilience) as it brought glory back to the British House’s family of fragrances.

Guichard waded into the waters of the past that saw the greenness of 1981’s Burberrys for Men, the heat of 2008’s The Beat For Men, and gallant-like Mr Burberry of 2016 among others to bringBurberry Hero into the now.

2022 however, is when Burberry Hero’s flanker materialises into its full manhood. Esoterically, power is in the aptitude of the Burberry Hero Eau de Parfum man — how he reconnects with his natural instincts to tame the beast within but just so lest he forsakes the carnal pleasures of what it is to be human.

Empirically, and it must be said that the fragrance is a fulfilment experienced in the flesh as it solidly grounds itself with a trio of cedar wood oils used in its previous iteration. The spirit of Silvanus, the deity of woods, echos within its heart that opens up with the invigorating scent of pine needles blended with sweet benzoin and smokey incense (alas, another reference in this story to Greek gods: Dionysus and Hephaestus).

“My inspiration for Burberry Hero Eau De Parfum was my memory of the Landes forest, where pine trees grow close to the ocean. The scent of the pine needles melted with a trail of warm sand and sea spray was the aroma I wanted to recreate. For me, the sensual and crystallised resins included in the fragrance represent the power of reconnecting with your natural instinct” says Guichard.

And natural instinct is what actor AdamDriver embodies as he makes a comeback in Burberry Hero Eau de Parfum’s advertising imagery that makes him as rich as Croesus: a man who always makes the first move be it dangerous or delightful.
