Tod’s just presented its Spring Summer 2025 collection — and naturally, the fanfare was well-deserved. If its menswear presentation was centred around the idea of subtraction, creative director Matteo Tamburini followed suit for the succeeding women’s SS25 show. Running on the theme of Artisanal Intelligence, Italian refinement and a return to the basics materialised in Tamburini’s latest. There was an emphasis on premium fabrications and a pared-back approach to fine tailoring, as per the Tod’s way.
But differently enough, this season also involved the concept of addition: wherein Tod’s front rows got busier, thanks to its esteemed celebrity VIPs. Examples include brand ambassador Jungwoo of NCT 127 and NCT Dojaejung, friend of the brand and actor Keita Machida, and familiar faces from the region like Mew Suppasit and Tul Pakorn, Heart Evangelista, Pia Wurtzbach and more.
