Adapted from Federico Garcia Lorca’s explosive tale of suppressed desires and jealousies, The House of Bernada Alba by W!ld Rice will see three generations of Singapore’s finest actresses sharing the stage: Claire Wong, Neo Swee Lin, Karen Tan, Serene Chen, Noorlina Mohamed, Glory Ngim and Margaret Chan. The play tells the twisted tale of a tyrannical matriarch and her daughters who are forced to renounce love and happiness in the name of duty and obligations.
