The Chivas XV, the latest 15-year-old fruity and velvety blend from the great scottish brand serves itself well when poured neat or served with a mixer.
Created in 2018 by Master Blender Sandy Hyslop, Chivas XV is a celebratory way to enjoy blended Scotch whisky. This blend is laid down to rest for a minimum of15 long years – represented by the Roman numerals XV – so that rich flavours are ready for one to enjoy in an instant. As the brand’s celebratory whisky, Chivas XVis ideal for luxurious champagne cocktails such as a Chivas 75 — a Scotch twist on a classic cognac cocktail, the French 75.

To blend (the Chivas XV is a blend of 15-year-old malt and grain scotch whiskies) is to beautify a spirit’s flavour. And to make merry is to ensure that any occasion worth unscrewing the bottle’s cap finishes (part of the liquid is selectively finished in some of the most prized Cognac casks) with the point of drinking the liquid is for in the first place: fun.

The Chivas XV is priced at SGD $108 and is available in FairPrice and Cold Storage outlets across Singapore and on Pernod Ricard’s official Shopee store.
