Of the stellar writing instruments collection under the Maison, the StarWalker is given the UltraBlack treatment. Designed to celebrate space exploration, those who walked the stars and also to inspire anyone to turn their imaginations into reality, the Montblanc StarWalker UltraBlack is clad in matte black precious resin depicting the depths of space. The Montblanc StarWalker UltraBlack line-up includes a precious resin edition with contrasting metal fittings or a Doué edition with a black resin barrel paired with a metal cap or forepart — both finished with a floating Montblanc emblem.

Mobility, performance and elegance form the cornerstone of the Montblanc UltraBlack Backpack. Thoughtfully conceived for those constantly on the move, Montblanc conceptualised a magnetic closure for easy access to the spacious interior that accommodates A4 documents comfortably and houses a laptop in a designated padded compartment. The UltraBlack Backpack is crafted from black leather embossed with the original M pattern inspired by the geometry and lettering of graphics from the Montblanc archive. Accompanying the UltraBlack Backpack is the Clutch and Mini Folio that feature the same magnetic closure and monogram embossing.

With the definitive individual all-but set for adventure, the Montblanc 1858 Geosphere UltraBlack is the cherry on the cake. The past and present are linked through design, style and innovation as the unique timepiece continues the over 160-years-legacy of Minerva’s fine watchmaking history. An all-over black-coated steel case is treated with a manual washing and brushing technique that imparts a unique patina to the 858-piece series. Contrasting grey and white elements riddle the 1858 Geosphere UltraBlack for a tonal execution on an otherwise monochromatic facade. Montblanc’s Manufacture Worldtime complication needs no further introduction as it is instantly recognisable with its duo domed hemisphere globes. Both domes rotate in opposite directions to provide an instinctive way of reading different time zones as it completes a full revolution in 24 hours. The DNA of exploration is firmly embedded in the 1858 Geosphere UltraBlack with the locations of the seven summits (dedicated to the Seven Summit Mountaineering Challenge) and Mont Blanc indicated with red-coloured dots on the two globes.
