Allan Wu, an Under Armour ambassador, (and yes, the Allan Wu) shows us how to #GetPhysical with just a mat.

Push-Ups (Upper Body)
10 – 40 reps per set (depending on your fitness levels)
Progression: Add 10 more to each set.

Knee-In (Targets Abs and Obliques)
10 – 40 reps per set (depending on your fitness levels)
Progression: Place hands by your side when doing knee-in(s).

Jump Squats (Lower Body)
10 – 20 reps per set
Progression: Explode through each jump squat.
