Hermès’ immersive installation, “Time, a Hermès object”, is a scenographic playground showcasing the Maison’s timepiece

“Time, a Hermès object” makes it’s fourth stop in Singapore after travelling from Baselworld, Japan and the USA. The scenographic exhibition showcases the Maison’s whimsical timepieces, while immersing the audience in a playground designed to arouse emotions, open interludes and create spontaneity — all the virtues of what Hermès sees time to be.

Behind monolithic windows, watches appear and disappear in time with pulsating light; be warned, the curious bear on the Slim d’Hermès Grrrrr! will make a humorous ambush. Then there are the human-sized interactive screens, where visitors’ silhouettes are displayed before vanishing into smoke, followed by a succession of videos and images that stretch and duplicate in the manner of a kaleidoscope.

Come experience the playful nature of Hermès Time from 27 October to 5 November at Hermès Takashimaya and Ngee Ann City Level 1 Atrium.
