One of the major highlights of the sale among the numerous exceptional timepieces include the Patek Philippe Ref. 5004A stainless steel wristwatch with split-seconds chronograph made in a limited edition of only 50 pieces (Lot 250). Produced in 2011, the extremely rare, important and double sealed watch features a perpetual calendar, moon phases, leap year, 24 hour indication and a stainless steel Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Estimated at HK$4,000,000 – HK$5,000,000 (US$510,000 – US$650,000) the timepiece is accompanied by a fitted wooden box, an additional solid stainless steel case back, a setting pin and a leather folio.
Other timepieces to look out for are the Richard Mille RM038 “Tourbi Llon Prototype 03 Bubba Watson” estimated at HK$2,000,000 – HK$3,000,000 (US$260,000 – US$380,000) and the Patek Philippe ref. 5207 Tourbillon Minute Repeater Perpetual Calendar Honey Gold Dial Platinum estimated at HK$5,000,000 – HK$6,600,000 (US$650,000 – US$850,000).
