Saint Laurent Rive Droite’s Sunkissed capsule has got everything from swimwear to floats down pat for an idyllic beach getaway.
Seasons are a concept when you live only one degree above the equator. While others endure extreme turns of the weather for the heat to return, our sunny island is privy to the majestic sol at full force all year-round — perfect for Saint Laurent Rive Droite’s Sunkissed capsule to thrive beyond the season it lands in stores.
Even though the end of August is nigh, a youthful nonchalance pervades the campaign shot by photographer Juergen Teller. Creative director Anthony Vaccarello gathers swim shorts, striped swimsuits and bikinis in vibrant dashes of yellow, pink and blue. This is accompanied by a vast offering of accessories that includes sunglasses, baseball caps and striped transparent totes, on top of mid-top leather sneakers and vintage-looking gold jewellery.
Since this is released as part of the Maison’s famed lifestyle concept store, the capsule also presents a stream of beach-essential paraphernalia comprises of striped bath towels, surfboards and their iconic heart-shaped floaties (for both humans and drinks) with sunset gradient trims.
This comes shortly after Belgian artist Bruno V. Roels was invited by Vaccarello to present eight of his artworks at the Saint Laurent Rive Droite stores in Paris and Los Angeles in April.
