Bob’s Bar is inspired by Havana’s glory days and Capella Singapore’s distinctive old world charm, every angle from the drinks and food, music, uniforms to glassware has been meticulously researched and refreshed to present an authentically glamorous Cuban-inspired bar.
Through cocktails and non-alcoholic beverages created by cocktail consultants, Proof & Company, guests will be able to explore the rich flavours, colours and spirits of the West Indies and this remarkable period. New cocktails include an emphasis on rum-based cocktails, but enough variety of spirits and styles to present a complete menu and cater to a broad range of tastes. There will be an emphasis on super-premium, internationally-respected spirits and only fresh, pressed-to-order juices will be used to evoke a fresh tropical feel.
