What makes some of these local or global creatives tick? In this weekly column, Calvin Ding, the co-founder of CRU shares his favourite things.

2. Photography: Photography has always been my thing. I am always taking pictures of places I’ve been to and people I meet. CRU has allowed me to combine my love of photography and fitness — I shoot and produce all the creative content for the brand.
3. Adventures: I am big on travelling and exploring new places all around the world. Some of the coolest places that I have been to are Hawaii and Yosemite.
4. Technology: I am a big tech geek and creating the new CRU TV Bike has been such a dream. CRU has just launched the CRU TV Bike and CRU TV App for members to work out from the comforts of their own home.
5. Sneakers: I have always been a huge sneaker head and have a massive collection of sneakers with a soft spot for Jordans.
6. Tailored Suits: I’m in activewear on most days but on days when I feel like dressing up, you can find me in tailored suits. My favourite suit brand is Rossi.
7. Dogs: Anyone who knows me and my family knows that we love dogs. Nugget is the goldie and Captain is the husky.
