The house of Christian Dior is all-inclusive, and it is never too early to add the Maison’s elegant touch to the little one’s wardrobe (especially when it is just in time for Christmas). Baby Dior’s new Boy Capsule creations pay homage to pieces from Kim Jone’s debut Spring/Summer’19 collection for Dior, so even the children can celebrate the holidays in true Dior fashion.
The historic bee emblem – which was given a playful makeover by renowned graffiti artist KAWS – is carried over and sized accordingly for the mini-me collection, with several pieces such as T-shirts and sweatshirts sporting the artist’s iconic cross-eyed iconography. Creative Director of Baby Dior, Cordelia de Castellane, also reinterpreted the “Dior” signature by affixing the repetitive motif onto a reversible bomber jacket, hi-top sneakers, caps, and even a coddling teddy bear, this time in boyish navy blue.
The Boy Capsule Collection is currently available in boutiques, alongside the collection by Kim Jones.
