Describe your travel style in three words. Intrepid. Gastronomical. Impromptu. What is your travel philosophy? I believe one should dive into places where the locals would go. There is so much pseudo-culture at tourist hotspots, and it is easy to overspend. I think the best things to take away from a trip are memories and pictures. Favourite destination? Anywhere with a beach where I can enjoy an afternoon drink. I also enjoy Japan, because it is clean, and I love the culture. With the holiday season coming up, what is your Christmas destination? I will be stuck at work but would love to travel somewhere where there is snow. What is Christmas without snow? You have an unlimited travel budget for 24 hours, where will you go? Easy. I will gamble 24 hours at Las Vegas and share my winnings! Three travel essentials: Phone, phone charger, and my sense of humour. Favourite foreign word: Onsen. I was hooked and doing it every night. If you could travel with any person for one week, then never see or hear from them again, who would it be? I would actually like to travel with my grandma who passed away earlier this year.
