The French house of Azzaro is known most for its feminine, glamorous gowns for the fairer sex, but now, it is reestablishing itself in the men’s fragrances game. The new fragrance, Azzaro Wanted, is meant for the charismatic man, and is the third in Azzaro’s masculine pillar, alongside Azzaro Pour Homme and Chrome. The scent can be classified as a woody-citrus-spicy fragrance (yes, it’s an all-in-one fragrance): containing ginger, tonka bean, lemon duo, vetiver, cardamon and pyrogenic prickly juniper.
Its cylindrical bottle is unusually complex and mysterious too. This handsome techno-chic creation recalls clockwork mechanisms, a gun barrel and pistons of a prized sports car. The bottle is faceted by rounded geometric shapes inspired by some of the brand’s codes: like the ring, a key Azzaro identifier. And the gold Azzaro medallion on the cap unmistakably recalls a poker chip. This is one bonafide collector’s item, if we do say so ourselves.
