What started off as a creative outlet for the team at HJGHER, to unwind through pottery, became ves.: a home and living brand of handcrafted vessels and pots. Their new collection, First Light, is a collaboration with local botanical fragrance atelier, Candles of Light makes it debut at the In Good Company’s concept store at ION Orchard.
The 60-piece collection is a modern take on ceramics, sharing a unified simplicity in updated shapes and off-kilter colours derived from experimenting with different glaze chemistries.
Selected ves. pieces feature scented blends of the candles from Candles of Light in four different scents Dawn, Dusk, Dayspring, and Afterlight, the evocative scents recall feeling associated with different times of the day.
