Being the newest face for Balenciaga’s Fall Menswear Campaign is another accomplishment Sam Smith can now add to his list of accolades. The four-time Grammy Award recipient stole hearts with his soulful singing, and has is still set to charm with the moody, contemplative campaign photographs shot by Josh Olins.

Creative director of Balenciaga, Alexander Wang shares that Smith encapsulates the soft dramatism of the label, making the singer an ideal choice.

 “Beyond his tremendous talent, Sam Smith conveys a quiet elegance and a subtle sensuality that are perfect for Balenciaga. He represents both sensitivity and power–the dualities of the Balenciaga man,” said Wang.
