Italian cuisine receives the finest of gourmet treatments at acclaimed restaurant, Dolce Vita, in conjunction with the 19th World Gourmet Summit. Two Michelin-starred Chef Giancarlo Perbellini, of Casa Perbellini in Italy, has been invited to present a gastronomical adventure to diners from 15 to 18 April. In collaboration with Dolce Vita’s Chef de Cuisine Omar Bernadi, Chef Perbellini will be presenting his signature creations that are the essence of culinary masterpieces.
A variegated menu will leave diners spoilt for choice. We recommend starting off the meal by indulging his famous Sesame Seed Wafer with ocean fresh sea bass tartare, and sampling the unconventional Parmesan Cheese Crème Brulee Ravioli in all its lush, cheesy glory. Finish off the meal with the seductively creamy Sicilian Cassata Composition, a traditionally Italian ricotta cheese cake.
