With more than 15 years’ experience at the famed Villa d’Este in Lake Como, he presents a range of world-class specialty dishes that infuse classic flavours in varied styles, such as Saltimbocca di rana pescatrice, monkfish with fregola and clams, and Guancetta di vitello brasata, braised veal cheek and sweet roots puree. Have a sweet finish to your extravagant meal with either a Barolo wine-scented Tiramisu, or the Tilogia di dessert Villa d’este, a trio treat of Villa d’Este’s signature desserts.
