Paddock Club
Guests at the Paddock Club will not only rub shoulders with Formula One drivers, team principles and international sport media, but they are also in for a gastronomic treat. Helmed by Michelin-star Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, the Paddock Club Lifestyle Area will serve up an array of five-star cuisine at its four temporary yet exquisitely furnished restaurants – Crudo & Caviar Bar, Steakhouse Grill, Pizzeria, and Tapas.
While Crudo & Caviar Bar offers a selection of premium ocean delicacies in a French-style menu, Steakhouse Grill serves flavourful meats and seafood that are braised and grilled in Chef Vongerichten’s fine choice of spices. Indulge in scrumptious pizzas freshly baked with Chef Vongerichten’s signature dough at Pizzeria, or enjoy small dish-style Spanish tapas prepared in old traditional Spanish recipes at Tapas.

Apart from the World of Jean-Georges, COMO Cuisine with Culina offers a sumptuous selection of seafood, meats, charcuterie and cheeses. From the Maine Lobster Rolls to Roast Pork Bahn Mi to Slow-Cooked Waygu Beef Short Rib, guests will be spoilt for choice.

Hospitality Suites
The creative menus in the hospitality suites are no less exciting than the ones of the Paddock Club. Put together by 21 chefs from seven five-star hotels in Singapore, Sky Suite, Club Suite, and The Green Room will see an introduction of exquisite dishes created by award-winning chefs including Emmanuel Stroobant, Daniel Chavez and the likes. Don’t miss out the tantalising tandoori king prawns and savoury satays, complete with Bohemian Lager and Summer Ale served by the ever-attentive Suite Ambassadors.
