Perrier Jouet Grand Brut

The inaugural Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships has awarded Champagne Perrier-Jouët flagship non-vintage cuvee Grand Brut a gold medal as a recognition for its quality and taste.

Launched by internationally acclaimed writer and author Tom Stevenson, and together with a panel of wine experts, this competition saw a stunning 650 entries from 16 countries. Grand Brut was one of the only 35 that were awarded gold in the Champagne category.

The award-winning Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut consists of a blend of 50 different crus. With 12 to 20-percent reserve wine added, the asssemblage is dominated by the elegance and finesse of the Chardonnays from the best vineyards in the Cote des Blancs. The Pinot Noirs, sourced primarily from the Montagne de Reims and the Marne Valley, give the wine its structure, while the Pinot Meuniers bring harmony, fruit and roundness to the blend.
