Celebrated Korean designer Juun.J and American artist Josh Luke have come together for THE GLOBAL POPUP STORES PROJECT that will see a collection of exclusive t-shirts, sweatshirts, bomber jackets, backpacks and caps being sold at 11 international locations including L’Eclaireur in Paris, 10 Corso Como in Milan and Opening Ceremony in New York.
The highly-anticipated capsule collection will also be available in Singapore, at Club21b from 13 June to 6 July 2014.
High fashion meets street wear in this latest collaboration between the creative duo—Josh Luke’s graffiti-inspired prints lend street cred to Juun.J’s runway worthy creations. The two worked together previously, co-designing Juun.J’s FW2014-15 finale looks.
Josh Luke, on working together with Juun.J once again:
“Juun.J and I have similar ideas about our craft — we both rely heavily on the traditions of the trade and use classic designs in our work, but we’re also both trying to push the boundaries of our respective crafts and make them more contemporary or even futuristic.”
