‘The Great Beauty’ has also been selected as Italy’s submission to the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for the 2014 Oscar for Foreign Language Film. It is also nominated for ‘Best International Independent Film’ at the 2013 British Independent Film Awards.

The evening, which included an exclusive dinner at the Armani / Ristorante on Fifth Avenue, was cohosted by Count and Countess Nuno Brandolini, Grazia D’Annunzio, Sonia Nassery Cole, Mario Calvo-Platero, Priscilla Rattazzi, Pilar Crespi and Robert Jean Pigozzi.
