We’re sure a lot of you are huge Roitfeld fans! With her departure from French Vogue almost two years ago, we were already anticipating an empty void in our fashion-hearts; but this wonder woman proved us wrong. With upcoming projects that include taking care of her namesake magazine CR Fashion Book, being the new global fashion director for Harper’s Bazaar, modeling for Givenchy’s Fall/Winter 2013 campaign, collaborations with MAC cosmetics and Barneys… we can seriously go on with this; point is, this woman is probably THE busiest in the industry.
Now, it’s very exciting for us to know that Ms. Roitfeld is the subject of a new documentary appropriately entitled Madmoiselle C, coming out in September, and we have just caught a glimpse teaser for the full feature. According to the trailer, this documentary will feature the debut issue of her CR Fashion Book, as well as appearances from a plethora of fashion royals, which includes Karl Lagerfeld, Michael Kors, Kate Upton, Tom Ford, Donatella Versace…. Dare we say this film will be of equal caliber as The September Issue? Only time will tell.
