Under Ethan’s mentorship, novice mixologist Yongfook composed this three-note symphony as an ode to the can-do spirit of kampong-era Singapore—and captured the populist vote (not to mention quite a few female voters’ hearts) in the month-long grassroots race to garner the most boozy nods of approval.
