Shanghainese actor Feng Shaofeng shows us how to wear complementary shades of blue at this year’s Beijing bash in honor of Alber Elbaz’s tenth year of creative partnership with Lanvin. Amidst the glitz and glamor—the deluge of Asian A-listers in attendance included style goddesses like Fan Bing Bing—Shaofeng kept things understated but interesting with a navy pinstriped strap-fastening blazer, worn over a color-washed blue tee that looked like it had been painted over by the French label’s artisans. (If you’re a stickler for details, then yes: both pieces were from Lanvin’s hit-it-out-of-the-park menswear collection for Spring 2012.) Bonus: the vertical blue stripes down Shaofeng’s tee, together with the pinstriped outer, had a flattering, elongated effect on his torso. Nicely done!
