This year’s new menswear line focuses on equipping the urban man with modern silhouettes, timeless for any time of the day.
Presented in three chapters — Urban Rhythms, Elements and Jouer — the collection rounds up a diverse cast of lithe movers traversing an urban complex. Designed with city life in mind, curated materials and fabrics are compiled and presented in manners inspired by architecture, allowing the wearer to don each piece like a statement or build their ensembles around these sophisticated garments.
Subtle elements come into play, honouring the simplicity and grandeur of nature’s intrinsic designs, as well as the carefree “playfulness” that is imbued in ease. Wool suits, Nappa leather overshirts and straight-fit selvedge jeans exude a confident fit for the Singaporean new-age man, but technical versions of the former offer the versatility needed for our little red dot’s occasional climate mood swings; keeping in mind the open window for travel nowadays, these are pieces you can also always keep at your beck-and-call no matter the season, in your heavy rotation.
