It was a corduroy party on the Fendi menswear Fall-Winter ’15 runways with designer Silvia Fendi giving the jaded British academic a fashion update. Fendi painted the dream wardrobe of scholastics in luxe sweater-shirt and coat combinations, slim fitted tailored pants and understated scarves. The Italian luxury house also sent combinations of shearling, leather and fur – a signature – down the runways.
Fendi also stretched the boundaries of design by adapting the house’s iconic peek-a-boo effect onto the clothes – making every outerwear completely reversible. It’s a pity the alternative looks were not presented during the show. Below, we highlight our favourite looks from the show:
