Men’s Folio hosted its inaugural Designer of the Year showcase in conjunction with Bell & Ross, where over 400 guests turned up at the National Design Centre in support of the budding menswear designers as they faced off on the runway. Finalists, including Thang Wei Lun and Adeline Lim, will move on to present their works in the upcoming Winner’s Night at the Men’s Folio 17th Anniversary Party, while Muhammad Anzahari was deemed Most Promising Designer and awarded a $10,000 scholarship by the Textile & Fashion Federation (Singapore).
Armed with golden Auchentoshan whiskey and grooving to the beats of three-time Singapore DMC Championships winner Inquisitive, guests partied the night away as they made their rounds to the Bell & Ross augmented reality photo booth and toyed with the latest Lenovo YOGA tablets.
