Three acclaimed chefs from The Luxury Collection hotels in Paris, San Francisco and India will be offering food lovers in Singapore a captivating three-day gastronomic adventure from the 4th to 6th of June.

Treat yourself to the delicate taste of sea bass braised in sweet spicy broth, or a juicy marinated hanger steak with butter-basted diver scallops over crème fraîche whipped potatoes, or even a powerfully sensual Dum Ka Murgh, Himalayan morel and ginger stuffed supreme of chicken cooked on “Dum” with yoghurt, and many more tantalising dishes from each chef of the night.

The Epicurean Journeys will take place at MoCA Museum of Contemporary Arts along Loewen Road. Each night, diners will be taken on a culinary journey which is culturally distinctive to the three destinations, represented by Executive Chef Stéphanie Le Quellec from Prince de Galles, Paris; Corporate Chef Manjit Gill from ITC Hotels Luxury Collection, India; and Executive Chef Jesse Llapitan from Palace Hotel, San Francisco.
