Love, Sex, Rock ‘n’ Roll and Legendary Watches

We don’t know if you’ve noticed but there’s a sudden resurgence of rock’n’roll that’s literally raging against the machine of mumble rap or the unique tunes YouTube celebrities are belting. It might be due to the sudden drop of “The Dirt” on Netflix — a biopic on the “the world’s most notorious rock band” Mötley Crüe or it might also be the spirit of rock ‘n’ roll stills burning within us despite not having to live out our rock star dreams.

Who better to ignite it than the guest editor of our August ’19 issue, Benjamin Kheng and fellow musician Nathan Hartono, both of whom utterly possess the irrepressible dynamism, boldness, and effervescence of superstars.
