If you haven’t noticed the unification of millennials and fashion, then perhaps you have been living under a rock for the past few months. Take Dior’s skate-centric S/S 17: A Larry Clark Project/Paris Session campaign for an example: the relationship has brought Dior Homme out of gentlemanly styles and into younger sartorial codes and a rebellious playfulness.
Now, still on the ‘Skater Boy’ theme, Dior Homme has produced three limited edition designs of skateboard decks for skateboarding enthusiasts. Adapting the three iconic colours of red, black and white from its Fall/Winter 2016 colour palette, the skateboard decks come with a white paint-splattered print, subtle Dior monogram motifs and a blown-up red Dior lettering. As covetable as it is practical to both collectors and skateboarders, the exclusive skateboard decks will only be available towards the end of the month at Dior’s boutique located at Ion Orchard Singapore.
