Sevenfriday: Introducing The Q-Series

By Henry Boen | Saturday, November 26 2016

Sevenfriday is known for making avant-garde timepieces and the aesthetics of newly launched Q-series pushes its reputation there even further. Introduced as a new visual complication, the Q-series timepieces feature an asymmetrical box-case silhouette similar to the previous V-series, and a decentralised hour ring that gives a regulator-style appearance. The other notable aspects of the Q-series are the addition of the date function situated perfectly at the 3 o’clock region, and the fast strap changer (FSC) which allows trouble-free changes of straps with the push of a button. The inspirations behind this range are straightforward: the brand’s DNA, music, travel and engines. The new series’ timepieces also come with a 44.3m x 49.7m cases and automatic 8219 Miyota movement systems. Available for pre-order at Red Army Watches and Krasnaya. Sevenfriday
