Diesel Fall/Winter 2016: Military Remixxx & Wild Lyfe

With Diesel submerged in the ruggedness  of rock, military and sports for its Fall/Winter 2016 collection, its message could not be more distinct: Nicola Formichetti, Artistic Director of Diesel, is all about the bold expression of youth and rebellion in the sartorial department. And with the detached colour backdrop against the ’90s inspired ensembles, the campaign shots bring across the concept of “some work but more play”.

“I started the collection with the idea of the stadium: concerts, sports, where people gather and have fun,” explains Formichetti.

You’ll find a collective distinctively clad in the brand’s biker jacket embellished with gold stars, different military classics paired with fashion blues and exclusive embroideries designed by a tattoo artist. This ruggedness follows through to the brand’s accessories – creepers and boots with motorcycle quilting. For the first time, men and women can enjoy the new Diesel icons: The ZipRound sneaker has been introduced for women, and a duffel bad brings Le Zipper to men.
