Morton’s Steakhouse opens its doors with an elegant new look

  • By Men's Folio

Morton’s steakhouse, esteemed for premium meat cuts recently unveiled its brand new façade following a three-month renovation period. The extensive overhaul made way for a more spacious layout by removing the partition between the Bar and the main dining room, coupled with the strategic placement of mirrors throughout the restaurant. The revamp evokes a sense of elegance with the whitewashed walls contrasted against dark wood accents seen in the cornices, window frames and the screen panel features. New cutlery and glassware completes the overall redesign, with the cherished pig-shaped tabletop oil lamps which have been lovingly restored, now utilizing eco-friendly tealight effect lights. Wine connoisseurs will be delighted with the introduction of 52 wine lockers, where frequent diners can keep bottles of their favourite vintages, or choose from the extensive wine list – many of which are gracing the new wine wall.

Despite the cosmetic uplift, regular patrons can still look forward to classics Morton is renowned for, such as its signature Porterhouse steak or the decadent chocolate lava cake, served up in a refreshingly new ambience.
