Started two years ago in New Zealand, the Cloudy Bay Pinot & Duck trail is a unique culinary experience that celebrates the unique qualities of Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir. Cloudy Bay winemaker Nick Lane shares this tasting note: “Cloudy Bay Pinot Noir 2011 boasts immense floral notes including violets, boronia and flowering wild thyme; wild strawberry, dark cherries and spice, balanced with rich forest floor, clove and savoury flavours, making it the perfect accompaniment for duck”.
